Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for your order! If something isn't right, we're committed to making it so.
Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please photograph the item and its packaging and email us at mark@reflectionsofchrist.org within 7 days of receipt. We'll send a prepaid return label and a replacement at no cost to you.
Exchanges (Applies to: Traditional Prints, Loose Canvas, Unframed Gallery-Wrapped Canvas)
Changed your mind? We're happy to exchange your item for a different print within 7 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any difference in price.
Refunds (Applies to: Traditional Prints, Loose Canvas, Unframed Gallery-Wrapped Canvas)
Refunds are available within 7 days of receipt, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
You are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
Final Sale Items (Applies to: Framed Canvas, Custom Sizes)
Because these items are made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, photograph the product and packaging immediately and email mark@reflectionsofchrist.org — we'll work quickly to get you a replacement.
