Returns


Thank you for ordering! We're sorry that something has gone not as planned. We're determined to make you happy.

Since we're a small shop and do not print high volumes, most of our items are printed when your order is placed.

If there is a problem with your print when you receive it, please photograph the defect, the box it arrived in, and email it to us. We'll get you a shipping label and arrange to have a replacement sent out quickly.

This is available within 7 days of receipt.

Traditional Prints, Loose Canvas, (unframed) Gallery Wrapped Canvas, and (unframed) Metal Prints: If you decide you'd like a different print instead, we're happy to exchange it within 7 days of receipt. In this situation you would cover the return shipping the difference in price (if there is one).

Refunds are available within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the original packaging and without blemish. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the image and have determined that it was not damaged in the return process, we will refund the amount minus a 10% restocking fee.

Metal Prints, Framed Metal Prints, Framed Canvas, Custom Sizes and orders:

Since there are so many different varieties of prints and sizes, these orders are all created custom for you. Thus, all sales are final on Framed Metal Prints, Framed Canvas, and Custom Sizes. If you have received one of these items damaged, then please photograph the damage on the product and the shipping container just as soon as you discover it. Send it to mark@reflectionsofchrist.org and we will work with you to get a replacement as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for any return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There is often a few days processing time before a refund is posted.
